Refund policy
We accept returns on faulty or damaged goods as per the policy set out below.
All products must be returned with their original packaging and in the condition of receipt. A refund will not be issued if your product has been adjusted in any way.
Refund requests can be made by contacting us via email at info@houseofwraps.co.uk, Refund requests will be responded to in 2-3 working days.
Damaged or missing items must be reported using the above email address including your order number within 48 hours of receiving your order, any longer than this and a refund will not be issued.
Damaged items must have a photograph of the damage with all packing submitted by email with your order number and be returned for a refund to be considered. A claim will then be made to the shipping provider, once this has been processed a refund or replacement will be issued.
Faulty products must be reported by email within 5 days of receipt, please ensure you provide photographs clearly showing the issue with an explanation in the email for us to investigate, items reported outside of this time frame will not be considered.
Returns must be returned within 14 days of purchase, returns that are sent after 14 days will not be eligible for a refund. A returns label will be provided.
If a return is agreed for a product discretionarily the return cost will be covered by the customer.
Items lost in transit will be processed once a full investigation has been completed by the shipping provider.
