Shipping policy

Our aim is to dispatch all orders within 24 hours  (this does not include weekends or bank holidays). We use Royal Mail large letter and parcel shipping options.

All Royal mail shipping options have some form of tracking attached to ensure your package does not go missing, tracked options will show you where a package has been scanned on its journey and if you provide an email address and telephone number you will get updates directly from Royal Mail, first and second class post is now barcoded so will provide delivery details only with GPS tracking attached upon delivery.  

Drinkware, silicon cup holders, balloon boxes / envelopes and plushies CANNOT be sent by large letter postage even if the option is there, the option will be visible if the parcel weight meets the requirement, however they do not meet the size requirements for this option so please do not select it, this will result in your order being cancelled without explanation. This option does clearly state it is to be used for UVDTF and papercrafts only.

DPD option is available for large and heavy orders, please be aware that if you choose the "ship to Local shop" option, we will select the closest shop to your home postcode and this is where your parcel will be taken to for you to collect. This is why this option is cheaper to use. 

Any claims made for lost items will be processed with the shipping provider before a full resolution is reached.
